MISCON's services are available only to persons aged 18 or over.

By purchasing or accessing a restricted service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

MISCON provides access to educational and community-based services relating to trading, markets, personal development and other areas.

Services may include:

• free trading communities;
• educational material;
• live sessions and market discussions;
• trading ideas and market observations;
• scanners and trading tools;
• bootcamps;
• paid Discord community access;
• mentorship services;
• fitness-related content or services;
• concierge-related services; and
• other services introduced from time to time.

The availability and exact contents of individual services may change.

Additional services advertised within a community may require separate payment and may be subject to additional terms.

MISCON currently offers paid Discord access on monthly and annual payment options.

Prices displayed on the website are the applicable advertised prices at the time of purchase.

Payments and access may be administered through Whop or another disclosed payment provider.

MISCON may separately provide free communities, education and other services.

Free services are separate from paid Discord membership unless expressly stated otherwise.

The availability, content and structure of free services may change.

Trading-related content provided by MISCON is intended for educational and informational purposes.

It should not be treated as personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Trading ideas, market commentary, scanners, educational sessions or other material do not constitute a guarantee that any trade, strategy or approach will be profitable.

Users remain responsible for their own trading decisions.

MISCON does not:

• hold client trading funds;
• manage client trading accounts;
• execute trades on behalf of users; or
• exercise control over users' trading accounts.

Users retain responsibility and control over their own accounts and decisions.

MISCON may maintain commercial relationships with brokers, trading-related businesses and other third parties.

MISCON may receive commissions, rebates or other remuneration in connection with certain relationships, including activity generated through broker relationships.

The existence of such remuneration does not remove the user's responsibility to assess whether any third-party service is appropriate for them.

MISCON may provide links or access to independent services including brokers, proprietary trading firms, Whop, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and other providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those services are operated independently from MISCON.

MISCON does not control their availability, terms, performance or conduct.

Users should review applicable third-party terms before using those services.

You must not:

• use MISCON services unlawfully;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• interfere with website or community operation;
• distribute malware or malicious material;
• impersonate another person;
• misuse another member's information;
• reproduce or commercially redistribute protected MISCON material without permission; or
• share restricted membership access with unauthorised persons.

MISCON may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary in response to serious or repeated misuse.

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, educational materials, graphics, videos, written content and proprietary resources supplied by MISCON are owned by or licensed to MISCON.

Access to a service does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

Materials are provided for the user's personal use unless MISCON expressly permits otherwise.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, technical issues or circumstances outside MISCON's reasonable control.

Results, payouts, funded-account achievements, testimonials, screenshots or other examples displayed by MISCON relate to particular individuals or circumstances.

They do not guarantee that another person will obtain the same or similar outcome.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those rights, MISCON is not responsible for trading losses arising from decisions made by users based on educational material, trade ideas, market commentary or other trading-related information.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

MISCON may update its website, communities, service features and these Terms where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any contractual rights applying to that service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
