About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how MISCON ENTERPRISE LIMITED uses cookies and similar technologies on its website.
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or accessed from your device when you visit a website.
Similar technologies may perform comparable functions.
Essential technologies
Some technologies are necessary for the website to operate correctly and securely.
These may be used for purposes such as:
- maintaining website functionality;
- remembering privacy choices;
- protecting forms and services;
- maintaining security; and
- delivering requested functionality.
Where a technology is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user, consent may not be required.
The website stores one such item in your browser: a first-party record of your analytics choice, saved in local storage under the name “miscon.analytics-consent”. It holds only whether you accepted or rejected analytics, together with a version number so that you can be asked again if what we ask permission for materially changes. It contains no identifier and is not used to recognise or track you. It remains on your device until you clear your browser storage.
Analytics
MISCON uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the website. GA4 is optional and is never loaded unless you have actively accepted analytics.
Analytics may help us understand information such as:
- which pages are visited;
- how visitors navigate the website;
- which devices or browsers are used;
- how visitors arrive at the website; and
- how the website performs.
The Google Analytics script is not present on the page, and no analytics cookie is set, until the moment you accept. Continuing to browse, scrolling, or ignoring the cookie panel does not grant consent — only selecting “Accept” does.
Please also note the distinction between what the website is able to do and what it is currently configured to do: analytics is prepared but a Google Analytics property has not yet been connected. Until it is, no analytics is collected at all, whichever choice you make. This section describes how GA4 will behave once it is connected.
Your choices
On your first visit, a cookie panel appears at the foot of the website. Both choices are offered as equally prominent controls, neither is preselected, and the rest of the website remains fully usable whichever you choose — or if you choose nothing at all.
You may:
- Select “Accept”, which allows the optional analytics cookies described above;
- Select “Essential Only”, which keeps analytics cookies disabled and leaves only the essential technologies needed for the website to work; or
- Make no choice, in which case analytics is not loaded — the same outcome as Essential Only.
You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie Settings” control in the footer of every page. A visitor who previously selected Accept can switch to Essential Only, and a visitor who selected Essential Only can switch to Accept later.
If you withdraw consent, the website stops analytics immediately, without needing a page reload, and deletes the Google Analytics cookies it can reach on this domain. Two honest limitations apply: the website cannot delete cookies set on Google's own domains, and it cannot recall information already collected while consent was in place. Requests about information already held can be sent to the contact address below.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so is independent of the choice recorded here.
Third-party services
Some pages may link to external platforms including Whop, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram and social-media services.
When you follow an external link, that provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
Cookie register
Final cookie register to be confirmed on production configuration.
Once analytics and the production website are configured, this section will list each cookie and similar technology in use.
